JEWELRY REWARDS FOR RETAILERS

Jewelry Rewards™ is an innovative incentive program designed to reward jewelry store sales associates for their exceptional performance.

Funded by participating brands, cash rewards are distributed monthly via an elegant Jewelry Rewards™ Debit Mastercard.

Account & Debit Card Registration Process

Account Creation

  • Sales associates enter their personal information to create an account and receive a Jewelry Rewards cash debit card in the mail.
  • The card will be sent once the first submission is approved and the month's reward funding is received from the brand.
  • Sales associates select their Brand, Retailer, and provide Tax Information for US 1099 forms (mailed to those earning $600+ per year).
  • All sensitive information is end-to-end encrypted and secure.

Manager Review

  • After registration, the Store Manager and/or sponsoring brand receives an email to approve or deny the registration.
  • During this review period, sales associates will see a generic homepage and cannot enter sales.

Final Approval

  • Once the Store Manager and/or sponsoring Brand grants approval, the sales associate receives an email confirmation.
  • The homepage changes to reflect the sponsoring brand, and they can begin earning rewards immediately.

Earning Rewards

  • Sales associates may receive brand-approved registration bonuses or other miscellanous brand bonuses throughout the year.
  • Sales associates can watch brand-sponsored videos for ongoing education. Some rewards may be tied to these videos.
  • Sales associates can view current sales incentives under "Offers" and submit their sales information via the "Add Submission" button. Submitted sales appear on their "My Rewards" page.

Reward Payments

  • Submissions are reviewed and updated by brands at the end of each month.
  • Reward payments are loaded onto the Jewelry Rewards Debit Cards around the 26th of the following month.
