Jewelry Rewards™ is an innovative incentive program designed to reward jewelry store sales associates for their exceptional performance.

Funded by participating brands, rewards are distributed monthly via an elegant Jewelry Rewards™ Debit Mastercard.

How It Works

  • Sales associates receive a Jewelry Rewards™ Debit Mastercard, one debit card with one admin panel for managing cash rewards from all participating brands.
  • Brands fund the debit card with cash rewards to recognize sales associates' efforts and achievements in promoting and selling their jewelry.
  • For brands meeting bank requirements a white label Custom Branded Debit Mastercard is available with an individual brand's logo - extra costs apply.

Jewelry Rewards Funding Schedule

Month 1: 

  • Submissions accepted through 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month.

Month 2: 

  • 10th Day: Jewelry Rewards invoice created for all approved submissions from Month 1.  
  • 24th Day: Funding deadline via ACH.  
  • 26th Day:  Cards loaded.

Ongoing:

  • Submissions in Month 2, are invoiced the 10th of Month 3 (upon brand approval).
  • Approved submissions not funded by the 24th of Month 2 are paid by the 26th day of Month 3 (if funded by the 24th of Month 3).
